Yes, this was at the top of an observation tower (originally a silo) in Elk County, Pennsylvania. It is a good vantage spot to spot elk at the visitor center. We weren't very lucky while we were there this particular visit, although on the drive home, we did spot elk in the backyards of some rural homes.
