It's weird but the only graphical aspect that I dislike is the mambrane size on her arms when in dragon form. Otherwise I think i'ts ok.
For the movements I prefer to see her crawling as a melee champion (and melee lizard predator), than see her half-flying and meleeing with her legs 
She has the long range pounce when transforming, It's maybe what we see in the sneak peak actually.
I've some suppositions that they didnt gave her a humanoide form with 2 wings (and designed her more bat like) because another hero is probably prepared with this model.

I mean, she's a half-dragon, so she can't be a full-sized dragon. I do think she should be flying though. It depends how cool her "Dragon's Descent" ultimate is, as she's supposed to fly when that is used.

Well, with Dragon's Descent it looks like she's "gliding" rather than flying. I'm okay with that, since she's a half-dragon, though I can understand why people wanted her to fly.
