To be honest I like it this way, other than what seems to be a fingerprint in the top left I would not clean this up much past how it is. I like the sketchy, sort of dirty look it has. If the edges were clean he would look more like a robot. This look give the feel that he's a soldier who was literally just in the line of fire seconds ago or is still is.
