Kaiserin Elisabeth from Takarazuka's 2007 production of the musical
I ADORE this dress. It was a lot of pain to make because of the 3485487548 layers of tulle and the details were a pain too, but I really love it <3

This is a layering of 4 different fabrics, it's a satin base + gold tulle + embroidered cream and gold tulle + 5 different layers of cream tulle 
I got the gold tulle and the embroidered ones while living in Japan, the others are from flea markets near my hometown

You're so lucky! I can only purchase fabrics from local stores or online because I don't travel, and when I do, I don't have to time to check everything out, which is kind of sad...
