Why did Riot not use this for theyre Splash art?

because this looks much more aggressive then the other pool party skins, kind of breaks the theme they were going for, however this is in my own opinion and I might be wrong, it is still amazing.

Even tho I agree with you, riot probably didn't use this one as the splash art because there are certain skins that every skin in the subject has only 1 splash. ( Some of the pool party, winter, etc. )
