It's like what said, and the cards are Amibo Cards and for now, they only have Animal Crissing New Leaf and Happy Home Designer. The new Animal Crossing New Leaf update version can not only summon animals to join your town, but can summon a trailer too (only the new editions can do that, as long as it has an animal driving a van. They're super useful for both scoring CAT Cupons and getting some really cool housing items.
