You don't have to have a lot of money to get a corset; they come is a lot of different designs and prices, just like any other article of clothing. Or you could just make one of your own, it's not hard
Also, the best thing that mathes with a corset is usually a long skirt, but short skirts can work too. It depends on what you're used to. Just remember that corsets look best with skirts, and you'll be fine with one :]
