Description Okay this will be my final dev for the year. ^^

Chibi Naruto once again but this time around he's in his new outfit (just the cloak and scroll). I originally had him in Sage mode but he didn't look that good compared to him normal.

EDIT [3.18.2010] Redid the lines and colors; the original's lines were a little sloppy...
