Description
Swat Kats is one of my favorite cartoon shows.
So here is my oc. 
who has moved in the Megacat City. But by night he became
bounty hunter called Sniper.
The reason he came to Megacat City is to hunt more criminals
down. He got his name by being so talented shooter.
The backround is not made so well, but pleasy don't let it bother you.

I just love your coloring style, especially the scy's looks so amazing in every color.
I like the purpleish one, but I give you free hands to which background you like to choose.
