Can you help me, how do you do this step-by step animation? WIth which program and how?
I made one in photoshop, but it's mp4 file and deviantart doesnt let me submit.

You just should to save your animation as .gif file.

Yes, that's what I couldn't do in PS. It just made an image, or made a thousands of images but separated. But I found some online free gif-makers, only these make a little lower quality.
