You nailed the expression, and depicting her in general; she really looks like Marlene! I especially like the lines on her face. The edges around her are really clean, and the background, while on the abstract side, is pleasantly colored and does the job well. The warm colors her fur has contrast nicely with the cooler colors of the background.
Her 'hands' are too dark, as she's well-lit from the front and there should be some light and shadow on her paws, and I can barely see the lines separating her fingers. The fur texture is nice, but it doesn't really fit with the more unrealistic clean edges. I mean, the edges shouldn't be all over the place(she isn't fluffy), but flyaway hairs here and there, and putting a layer over your edges and carefully letting the hair brush slightly overlap the lines would really sell that Marlene has fur, and not a hair texture placed on her surface like she's a 3D model.
As for what she sees in the chamber... Skipper and Julien getting along.

WOW
I think it's the first time in my life I am receiving so constructive and professional comment/critic on my drawing Thank you very much for it
"You nailed the expression, and depicting her in general; she really looks like Marlene!"
-Thank you I was looking from time to time at some screenshot of her as a reference while drawing her, probably that's why she came out similar to real Marlene
"The edges around her are really clean, and the background, while on the abstract side, is pleasantly colored and does the job well. The warm colors her fur has contrast nicely with the cooler colors of the background."
-Umm.. Yeah, I agree that contrast and color temperature do the job well, but honestly saying, I wasn't thinking about it while drawing, because I was just relayed on my intuition and eyes and was imagining in my mind what may fit better and what not.
"and putting a layer over your edges and carefully letting the hair brush slightly overlap the lines would really sell that Marlene has fur, and not a hair texture placed on her surface like she's a 3D model."
-I was trying to draw her as a 3D model, as she originally is in the show And wasn't trying to make her fur look realistic, but right as you've mentioned - as a texture, placed over 3D model. I just like how she looks like that
And I do agree with all the rest points and tips that you've mentioned in your comment Thanks a lot for telling me your opinion I appreciate it

-Ahaha That may fit

I try to draw from screenshots too, but sometimes my penguins look weird and off model. As for the hair, *shrugs* whatever floats your boat. Art is about doing what you like, sometimes at least.

Maybe a clone of her in a tube and she's doubting if she herself is real or clone?
