The past is in debate and the future in unknown
Who knows where I'm heading to?
Maybe like in Pharaoh's dream the seven cows evil to the sight and gaunt in flesh will eat the seven cows beautiful to sight and fat.
Seven cows and a dream I refuse to let go
And a future for rotten politicians to interpret
Right now all I can do is walk into the light
Trying to leave the darkness behind me
The darkness that is the life of everyone I know
I must be heading for heaven, because I'm already am living in hell

This shot was taken in J'enin, Palestine. The sun was rising and this lonely Arab Shepard, on an endless road, was walking his cows into the sun.
The picture is not a political statement. It's an acknowledgment that suffering exists on both sides of the border. Where innocent people simply try to stay alive and hope for a peaceful future.
I hope you see what I mean.

This picture is incredible... The sense of power that emanates from the sunshine, eating up the surroundings, and the feeling of the peaceful and steady walk of the cows with those long shadows trailing behind them give it a very peculiar atmosphere, a feel of destiny.

Well, I don't like making pilitical "statements".
I feel there is enough of that around. I'd like to take the viewer into a deeper and fresh exprience. When it comes to politics, everybody takes it to their already made up mind

Fair enough. I think you're quite right about how entrenched people's views can be - and not only on politics. I suppose that a viewer can appreciate your pieces on that level if they wish to without having to be told, and equally should be able to take them free from politics too.
Anyway, the bottom line is that you're a great artist and I enjoy your work. Keep it up
