It's not a color in Infra red, you can only see clouds in Infra

This is pretty amazing IR. Your Nikon clearly works with the filter, since I can't see any of the usual flares associated.

It's 18 mm, so after the conversion 1.5 it's about 27mm, so it's still is wide angle (to the usuall 35mm).

A really nice picture. I very much enjoy this otherworldly style of nature photography as infrared pictures often turn out to be. I haven't tried it out yet, as my Canon 20D isn't suited for infrared photography, but there won't be long until I have what I need to do it on film. Although the procedures of postprocessing takes longer time, I'll have to settle with that until now.

oh i love the clouds...i've been trying to paint them with oils and have not yet been successful....so....i shall continue to try....but those clouds.....no one could ever paint them as beautifully as God...
