Before Birth (3+ sentences about parents): Larchpaw recieved his apprentice name a few sunrises before Olivekit was born. Growing up, Larchpaw has always been Olivekit's close friend. The day Olivepaw received her apprentice name, Larchpaw was going to receive his warrior name within the next couple of sunrises. Larchpaw and Olivepaw trained together a lot- Larchpaw being a bit overprotective with Olivepaw. Moons later, they received their warrior names, Olivewing and Larchclaw. By then their bond had tightened, and soon they became mates. They ended up having four kits- Marshkit, Jaykit, Shimmerkit, and Gorsekit. Tragically, Gorsekit died soon after birth, and Olivewing died only moments later from illness.

Kit-Hood: As a kit, Jaykit was always looking out for his sister, Shimmerkit- Marshkit looked out for both of them. The three kits were raised by Dawnwhisper, after their mother and Gorsekit passed. Dawnwhisper reared only one kit, named Fawnkit, who had a very outgoing personality. She and Marshkit often argued, while Jaykit and Shimmerkit either kicked back to watch or listened to stories from the elders. Jaykit and his sister talked about Gorsekit and Olivewing regularly, but Dawnwhisper never answered any questions. Their father, Larchclaw, would do the same- before ducking away into the warriors den.

Apprentice: Six moons later- Jaypaw, Shimmerpaw, and Marshpaw received their apprentice names. Fawnkit was a moon behind them, so she hadn't received hers, of course she was pretty jealous and envied the three for a while. Jaypaw was apprenticed to Mottlebreeze, who was one of the fastest cats in the Clan. Jaypaw proved to have excellent speed, while his sister turned out to be one of the best hunters. Marshpaw ended up excelling in combat, he was always looking for a fight and never backed down- All three would teach one another sometimes.

Warrior: When Jaypaw and his siblings passed their final assessments, the following sunrise they received their warrior names. Jayrunner, in honor of his speed- Shimmerbird, in honor of her stealth- Marshfang, in honor of his combat skills. The next day, after their vigil, Shimmerbird and Marshfang joined a patrol while Jayrunner had to help Snailspots, the Clan medicine cat, gather herbs. He'd learned a bit about the medicine cat code, however Jayrunner was convinced he'd stay a warrior. One day on patrol, they were attacked by a band of rogues. Jayrunner ran to get help, but upon returning to his patrol with backup many cats were already severely injured. Jayrunner survived with a gash in his shoulder, however his sister had suffered deep scratches on her flank. Marshfang walked away unscathed. The biggest loss was the death of Jayrunner's mentor, Mottlebreeze. After fighting in such a ruthless battle, Jayrunner couldn't bear to be a warrior any longer.

Medicine cat apprentice: After the battle that killed Mottlebreeze, Jayrunner decided to become a medicine cat. The life of a warrior was far too violent. Marshfang and Fawnspeck teased him for a while, however the teasing stopped when Jayrunner practically saved their lives after another battle. Snailspots mentored Jayrunner well, despite the fact that Snailspots was starting to get old.

Medicine cat: Jayrunner and Snailspots successfully made the trip to the moonstone, where Jayrunner became a full medicine cat. Upon returning, Shimmerbird was the first to congratulate him. Snailspots moved to the elder's den moons later, which left Jayrunner the medicine cat of Sunclan.

Great, his store was almost empty and it wasn't even halfway through leaf-bare, even when the snow melted it would take a while for the herbs to grow back. Trudging out of his store- he hooked the wet, wilted herb with a single claw and tossed it to the side in frustration. The slimy leaf splat against the bramble wall, hanging limply from a thorn, while Jayrunner slid into his nest at the opposite side of the den.
