You guys get a bonus drawing today because your all awesome! Seriously, I didn't expect to be on DA for a day and have MORE watchers than I do on tumblr! Thank you guys! ;3;Raoul is such a handyman inventor, he loves tinkering with Catherine but has time to be a softy........and a klutz. *v*
Ok, so I think sunflowers may have a huge role in this movie, more so with these two. I don’t know why or how…but eeeeegnnnnnh I just feel it. Lucille has a few sunflower earrings and a pendent on her outfit, I just found out Catherine runs on sunflower oil. Watch the director interview and screen grab the floating script . Annnnnnd there is a song called “On the River-Sunflower” which I think is about them. I figure they’ll be floating to the Eiffel Tower in Catherine or something. Or maybe I’m over thinking this……and could be completely wrong. X-X
First time drawing Catherine! XD Even if its tiny and I never noticed this before but she has a huge sunflower on the sides of her! And one crested on the green tank in front! 83 So....there you go.

C: lol Pretty much. And I had more to this picture but just decided to color this. XD Raoul was filling up Catherine with Sunflower oil but couldn't get the hood to work. So he placed some sunflowers on top of the hood to fix his remote, while Lucille watched. The hood opens but his remote gets all smokey and malfunctions causing a sunflower to fall right into his hands. Thus, giving it to Lucille. X3

^^ Adorable how his little machine probably just blew up a bit on him, but Raoul still has time to give Lucille a little token of appreciation.
Actually, now that you mention it, yeah; they do both seem to have a common link between sunflowers! Pretty curious to know what the backstory for that would be in the movie, since it's bound to be included with that many references to said flower.
