Pinkie Pie is singing in the rain! I had a bunch of fun making this one, even if Livestream was malfunctioning on me during the first part.I think I may finish this one and turn it into a print.
EDIT: I finished this one and am turning it into a print that you can buy from my table at Everfree NW! There was a laundry list of small and not-so-small changes made to the thing.

Hey there--first off, super awesome picture. I had just started looking for art of ponies in the rain, got the song stuck in my head, then found this.
Why was I looking for said pictures? Well, over on FiMFiction.net I run a collaboration group, and I like to run monthly themed collabs. April's was, of course, anything involving the rain. I've been lucky to find stellar art to use as covers so far...and I'm hoping you'll be OK to allow me to use yours. A link to your dA page will be, of course, prominent.
If you decide you don't want it used in this way, just let me know and I'll take it down (I hope not though, you wouldn't believe how hard it was to find a half decent picture of 'ponies in the rain').

Oh, a really nice parody! I love the composition here, I swear, everything is perfect. And Pinkie being the center focus and brightest color is great.

Been mentioned a bunch, but her left hind leg. Looks like she's awkwardly squeezing her thighs together instead of sticking her leg out for balance. I think if she just had it raised a bit more, it might look better.
Ear's at an odd position on her skull, I think. If you imagine her standing normally, head level, the ear'd be like too far down her head or something. Also may be at a weird angle, not entirely sure.
Her lower jaw is kind of missing. You've done it this way before though, and honestly I have no idea how you'd actually define a jaw from this angle without it looking dumb, so I just chalk it up to style and / or ease of use. Still looks weird though, partially cause her lower teeth don't appear to align properly with her upper teeth.
Her forelock goes a little too far down her head. Like, you see how it's kinda composed of ropeβlike segments almost? And how they're three segments going from her scalp off to our right, then another segment going down to the back of her head? That forwardmost segment, nearest her muzzle, could probably stand to go.
In general, she looks too tubular, thin, and uniform in the torsoβneck area, almost to where she was extruded from a playdoh set instead of born with a skeleton. This is mostly evident around where her neck and torso connect; there's no real ribcage or spine to speak of, just kind of one long tube that slowly curves its way from front to back. It's really obvious along the back of her neck in particular, so maybe if you sharpen that angle and / or add a joint or something, it'd work better.
The flank is too flat. Partially the cutie mark texture, partially the general flank shading, and partially that raindrop directly on top of the front of the thigh, just to the lower right of the cutie mark. Remove that raindrop, it's tangenting with the shadow edge and making it feel flat when it's actually not. Also the hips [and body, as previously mentioned] are too thin.
The way her body feels to me is like some kind of moulded rubber or glazed clay. Mostly around the areas of high lighting, eg. back, face, etc. The shininess, the uniform pink texture, and the way the water slides off all combine to make her feel really slick, almost like a waterβproof material. Adding a fur texture would probably be overkill, so I'm not sure how you could go about fixing it, apart from just going OCD fiddling with the shading.
That clustering of raindrops above her right shoulder is kind of too clustery. Maybe spread them around a little more?
Her right foreleg, the one on the lamp post, is growing out of her neck oh god
Also the lamp light itself is basically a 2D white circle. I don't have any refs on hand, but I have seen strong lamps that still have visible shells, which is to put out lots of light without being blinding. Not sure if it'd work so well here, but that white disk needs some kind of texturing.
The rain overlay looks pretty good, but the droplet impacts on the sidewalk are too even, mostly along the right side of the image. They're almost a straight line there, so it ends up feeling more like a sheet with raining falling off it instead of a cubical space filled with rain.
The whole background in general feels sort of distant or compressed, probably due mostly to lack of visual depth cues. It goes like, giant Pinkie Pie β> really really short sidewalk β> inexplicably distant wall. Not really sure how to fix this, since just having larger bricks doesn't feel like it'd help. Maybe bring the doorway / entire bg closer to Pinkie to match the apparentlyβthin sidewalk? Or, continue the image past where it is. Add the lamp post's base, the curb, a gutter, and some street, then cut it off there. That might let you show off more depth, since as it is, we just have Pinkie x lamp vs wall with a door, with not much else going on. Would probably make everything too busy or just add unnecessary detail in general. Not sure.
That part on the right side of the pic, where the wall sticks out. The bricks are staggered nicely with what looks like a dependence on camera angle, but they don't actually look like they stick out. Honestly, I didn't even notice they were supposed to be like that until I looked really hard that the specular'd edge and noticed the stagger. Said edge looks more like a crease in an old poster more than light reflection, so if there's some way you could make it more obvious that it's the wall jutting out, that'd be cool. Also the specular itself looks a little weak up around the top of the image, almost detached or ghostly.
Everything else looks pretty good, I feel. The composition is good, and the lamp post is really slick, especially the petals on the capital. I've also mentioned before how I love the hair, and I still do β got lots of curls and frilly bits, neat light reflections, and best of all, helps show that she's swinging around the pole after leaping onto its base, instead of just hanging there. On top of that, pretty much no real tangents to speak of. Yay!
Also, I like where you put your signature.

Oh, you updated it! Very nice; her laugh looks even better now, and the starker contrast between light and shade (especially on her front side) makes the whole picture look more realistic, too. And the brick texture on the wall is a very nice touch.
Pity I can't fave it twice.
