Magical Rabbit Witch! The idea was that she has a glowing star on her forehead. for whatever reason you wish, (maybe is absorbs starlight) giving her magical powers! She has to do star rituals in order to maintain/absorb/use(?) her magic. You can decide if she's a good witch or not.
