likey???my bangs are blue and one side is blue.. the other side is purple but it looks blue so you can even tell -__-

most often no its a long process.
the longer/darker your hair the longer it can take depending on how well your hair reacts with the bleach and how strong the bleach is. obviously you dont want to fry your hair XD
manic panic bleach SUCKS but the toner 'snow white (or maybe its white snow)' is the best. (the newest toner of theres sucks) then after i got it white i added 'Splat' blue on one side and manic panic purple on the other. the colors were so dark it was hard to tell what was blue and what was purple. the problem is that colors bleed super easily into the white so the better the brand the better your hair.

Oh really ? I've ordered a bo of Manic Panic bleach (30 vol. of course xD dont wanna fry the thing) but then I read reviews that it was terrible... xD

i buy mine at sallys. there are bleach packets that come with or without toner for like.. 3 dollers.. and then the developer 30 or 40 (i get 40) for anther 3 dollers or so.. i never spend more then ten dollers on bleach. XD this bleach packet will last a long time

I dont think we have a sallys store here in australia, but hairhouse warehouse has the bleach and stuff, so I'll investigate in that
