Heyooooo! For all of you who haven't been following me on Instagram and Twitter and Facebook, first of all: How dare you?! And secondly: Here's some of the stuff you've been missing. These are various commissions and sketchcards and such from the cons I've been working recently. You may have noticed a shift from the dark brown paper and greyscale I had been doing, well, I did enjoy that, but it was kind of a pain in the ass for an aesthetic that a lot of convention customers didn't really "get". This new style, I've only been doing for about a month, but I'm much happier with it and I seem to be doing a lot better at cons. BORING ALERT! Tools used in this piece: Strathmore 400 series toned tan paper, Carmine Red Prismacolour pencil for layouts, Copic Multiliners 0.1, 0.3 and brushtip for linework, Copic Sketch markers for the colours and white charcoal pencil and La Plume acrylic white paint pens for highlights.

But they look great as always. I like your new style. I just looked up your Comicpalooza picture
and looking at VanDoom and Batman I have to say you really improved with ligthing and details.
I really like the Mecha Gentleman in the middle and I will now give away one of my Nerd Cards for not knowing the other five.

Thanks a lot, PD, I always look forward to your comments! ^_^ The two mecha chaps on the third row are apparently from a Steampunk themed band called Steam Powered Giraffe, so don't feel too bad for not knowing, I didn't either until people started commissioning me to draw them. I'm glad you dig the new style, I think I'll definitely stick with this path.

I really wonder what your new style might look like when you draw digital :3
But I have to say drawing has to be one thing over all and that is fun so
