Mandatory workouts is a good thing although imagine moving an elemental.

The idea for this came from a patient I had to transport a while back who was 6'9" and pushing 600+lbs BUT NOT OBESE, solid muscle and built like a brick shit house so pretty much an Elemental. Fortunately for me, but not him, he had a lower back wound that made it that he had to travel prone so he could bend his knees to get his feet into the ambulance. Dude also tanked my unit's entire stock of morphine with no effect to his 10/10 pain, I felt really bad for him.
