Who ever knows what they're doing with backgrounds. I know in mine I just kind of winged it at first until I started focusing a bit more. x'D
But yes, the background looks really lovely.<3 I love all the purples, blues, and yellows in the clouds. They really help add to the calm feeling.
And yesh the cold *throws another scarf or three on her* Lets hope it won't be too cold so we can make snowpeople during the dance. Though I guess that's not very dance like. OvO;

Maybe wing it was the wrong word to use. xD I had a sketch to go off from for the background but at some points I thought "I have no idea what I'm doing" or "IDK if this will look right but lets just continue" and did things randomly for a while. OvO;;
Ah deadlines are scary so I understand. You pulled off a lot in the short time so kudos for that. >w< LOL I'm sure she would have a sweet looking coat to get her through the cold. And that's true. RPs are like an imagination playground~
