Description
An ancestor of our Capt.Jenny, called the "Robin Hood" of Hasin he was a battle Mage in service to the Empire of old Hasin.
He was betrayed by a corrupt politician and blamed for a botched assassination of a visiting noble ( the old gentleman survived by the way). Vigo later proved his innocence, but he had developed a distrust of authority later swearing his loyalty not to the crown, but to the people of Hasin and to all who were oppressed, exploited, and ground under for the sake of another's profit.
To this day, in small villages on both the Hasin home world and her colonies he is celebrated with fire works, feasts, and bonfires in his memory.

A traditional poem spoken by school children during these festivities goes;
"Lord Vigo,
Lord Vigo,
Send good fortune our way,
Blast the thieves and the cowards,
with you gallant bright powers,
and lead us to better days."
