I wanted a feel to it like a 1920s or 30s children's book illustration or a Tiffany's stained glass piece.
I wanted something shimmering, ethereal, and dream like to reflect the nature of Dunsany's stories.
I hope I came close to it.

Color me envious! His works are kinda hard to find in this neck of the woods. I'm glad you have his work in your collection.
I hope someday to have his work(hopefully with some of Sidney Simes wonderful artwork in it.)

Yep! Clouds.
I was trying for a Tiffany's stained glass look, like a window for a study or a panel in a decorative lamp shade.
I love both the Art Nouveau and Art Deco movement and this was a combo of both.

Tiffany's stained glass is wonderful. There's one in the room I'm sitting in at the moment (funny coincidence x3)
