After another LONG hiatus, I finally posted new art! After my recent (yes, only recent) addiction and completion of the Harry Potter book / movie series, I was inspired to try my luck on a new artwork.I loved the Harry x Ginny pairing in the book (not the movie), even if it seemed like an abrupt and sudden shipping. My new art explores a new idea that I decided to try - an art which tells a story. The piece details key events in Harry and Ginny's lives as seen in the books / movies. Fans can relate with what I placed in the artwork, but for those who aren't aware of the events, they are (from top to bottom):
1. Their short meeting in platform 9 3/4.
2. The end of the fight with the basilisk and the destruction of Tom Riddle's diary.
3. The regret Ginny feels when Harry starts dating Cho Chang.
4. A Dumbledore's Army training session in the room of requirements.
5. Harry's budding feelings for Ginny when the latter starts dating Dean Thomas.
6. Harry and Ginny's first kiss in the Gryffindor common room.
7. Ginny comforting Harry after Dumbledore's passing.
8. The final battle against Voldemort
9. 19 years later
That's it. Hope you guys like it. It might be my last art in a while AGAIN cuz I am now officially part of the workforce.. Haha.

Harry x Ginny is a fine pairing, but I think the pairing would be better if Mrs. Rowling could give a bit more time to develop Ginny's character arc and a bit more time to develop her relationship with Harry because there are still certain people who feel their relatioship is somewhat rushed.

Finally, I've been trying to find art that shows Harry's final battle with Voldemort as it happened in the book, this is like the only version I've been able to find - and lots of cute Harry/Ginny moments into the bargain *0*

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up aSPECIALROOM to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.

Good relationship summary and art.
Couldn't help but notice that in 2 Harry doesn't look... innocent. That pose, facial expression, potion in his hand while breaking the fourth wall saying something like, "Now we've drugged the victim..." or, "What can I say ginger love runs in the family".

What's interesting/beautiful is that a lot of these lines fit Harry, Ron and Hermione's relationship/friendship, especially "I love you more than anything else, more than my own life" and "your pain, is my pain, your sorrow mine."

Wow, I wasn't even a huge fan of this pairing... but after I read this I've warmed up to it even more. It really did make me think about the journey of their relationship... subtle as it's been. Great work!!

The last picture is definitely my favorite. However, James (I believe) the brown hair kind of bothers me. Plus, he just reminds me of Gary Oak for whatever reason.
