to be fair , well this geooffff dude got some real talent cuz he literaly draws in the same way with kubo ,kinda like drawing style copy pasta.
but still he's really talented, but man come on I am tired of seeing some ripoff dudes.

I don't think he's copy-pasteing anything. Have a look at his other stuff, they show none of the normal signs of copy-paste.
I think he can really draw that good. And since he's doing commissions, the Idea for this lady comes from someone else...probable description he got for drawing her: "Some chick looking a bit like Yoruichi, same hair but in white." And if you look at the deviant he did it for, there is nothing there, no artworks, no journals, no faves, hell, not even comments...

yeah actually i do know geoff since like 3 years.and honestly it would be much better if he did less commissions
well his oc's are usualy really fine and mostly creative , and he really draws the same as kubo , to me its a bit weird .. well still its a huge talent.
but the ocs mostly suck , sorry i have seen all of them , i checked geoff's gallery for like 9 times completely , looking at every single tuff about bleach cuz I am hosting a Rpg game about bleach which more like a interactive manga , so i look around for inspiration or good tecniques to draw.
