This is really impressive for a first digital piece, very well done!^^~
as for tips i have 2~
maybe when your drawing the hair out you could have more strands coming off so it wont look as clumped together, i see you have some but maybe longer strands could help especially towards the face! c:
also id like to say that maybe for your color picking you could do a little more saturation so colors arnt so bright and itll make it look more natural! not reallyy saturated but just a bit could do the trick ~u~
anyhoo~ as for your shading it really isnt as bad as you think in fact as a beginner its really really quite good! ^^ your anatomy is very good as well as the wrinkles in the clothing~

I might just try that.The reason I'm asking you this is because I find sketching on a tablet much harder than on paper.
