i know right? i mean theyre both wearing tight latexish suits that share a somewhat similar color so he MUST have stole the entire idea from this anime. its not that the whole "plug suit" thing has become highly popularized, and is very common when depicting any kind of tech anime girl.by your same logic Ken is just a rip off of asuka from neon genesis, just because they both share vaguely similar colored suits and have red toned hair.
