It's been too long since I've done such a detailed pencil drawing but finally mustered up enough to do one before the end of the year. Although I find some of the penciling got lost during colouring but meh...
Long title o_O; I dunno what to make of it, I was having a hard time choosing colours but found green to be a very good Chinese colour to use. The clothing design is an oriental mix so not just Japanese but Chinese as well. I was hoping the green would give it more of that look as well. Don't mention that it looks like from somewhere since I don't care and everything always looks like something XP The texture in the background is cardboard (not photoshop filters)

Very fitting for tea, green tea is probably the most popular.
The detail in the girls waist sash/obi? is amazing. Cute hair buns too
The guys sleeves with the slits is very stylish and his hair flowing gently from green to yellow is soothing.
It was creative to give each color their own symbol.

I love the greens, of course it's an obsession of mine so you know...owell...I like how you combined Japanese and Chinese together and it's clearly evident and that little teapot and sakura branch emphasise the oriental feel.
