After not seeing Susie for a long time this is a fantastic way to make her acquaintance again. Here she's definitely all grown up in more ways, having become a very beautiful young woman. It also looks like this elf's lips are pre-puckered to give someone a holiday kiss, no mistletoe required.
The winter motif in the background is pretty cute, and it's nice to see that those swaying (dancing?) evergreens get around.
