He’s like the Chuck Norris and Russia of Fallout. But not XD.

Samuel Hawkins is high on science (100) and fairly high on medicine (75), so that's probably why he gets along so well with Gannon. Usually. He's not too tactful, though, and isn't afraid to admit that your medical technique stinks.

Gannon's likely response:
"I'm sorry, but my covert stitching skills are a little rusty."

"...I'm sorry, too. Next time we stop to heal, I'll try not to pick one of the Legion's bunkers."

Edit: oops, submitted the wrong version—I edited it so Samuel Hawkins would be more in character, since he’s a stoic (although, honestly, he does feel pain—he just has no visible reaction to it XP)

He wears no hat because I also wanted to showcase the fact that he has the Kings’ haircut. He had a more conservative haircut to start the game, but then he became a King, and thought “Eh, might as well.”
