Blub-glub.Bubble Cross is difficult to use not because Mega can only really swim in it and not walk, but because it has three weaknesses: one, specifically to the Metal Blade; two, to oil (Bubbleman's MMaB data states that he hates oil slicks); and three, to electricity. Though his armour, whilst dry, is enough to withstand electrocution, if Mega is submerged in water and gets shocked, he's fubared. Or 06ed. The plus side is that he can encase certain objects in bubbles that float up for a while before bursting. He can transport his friends this way if need be.

But you know, the toilet-exploding trick might work on Wily, seeing how he and Yuri are the only beings in Skull Castle who need one.
