Or, rather... blue-painty rabbit.It's Oswald the lucky rabbit! As he'll be appearing the new Epic Mickey game~! 8D I'm very excited for it!
This was mostly just practice with my new markers, I'm not really sure if I got the effect I was after..
I actually see a lot of artwork of Oswald as some sort of evil, terrifying psychopath whose sole desire is to destroy Mickey. I actually see him in a much more positive light than that, I don't think he's really a villain. <8/ I hope he doesn't entirely get portrayed that way and gets to keep all his positive qualities from the original shorts!

Yet I think he's gonna be bit darker-colored in epic mickey, almost to the point of being completely black. Although the blue Oswald does remind me of the way he looked like in Japan.

Yeah, initially I meant for him to be black with lots of other colors mixed in, but I wound up liking it as it was to want to mess it up with black ink.

This is excellent work. Love the expression and this is some good marker work. 8O I've never tried markers. >_>; You really get a sense of liquid from this picture, and not just because it's blue (though that certainly helps). The drips and dots are just perfect! Excellent dynamics. You just keep getting better and better. 8D Great work!

Yay for Ozzie! I guess I'm not the only one who's actually seen the original shorts. I di like him as a character and, though his personality will have to be very different, I hope that Epic Mickey does well enough for him to become a permanent Disney character!

I was actually hoping to get to play as him at some point, kinda like in Mario games when you get to play as Luigi. But if Mickey is really going to have a personality in this game, I won't mind playing as him. I like how he looks thinner and more likable.
