Your model has a very girly appeal that's adorable.
I love the lush hair and the placement of the hand in a shy appeal.
My one critique would be to redo the right arm
because there is a sudden and awkward bulge that isn't anotomically correct.

Wow, that's a lot of hair j/k. Great pose and expression, shows personality quite well. The drawing itself looks to be in proportion, my dreaded enemy, and it's just a good drawing in general (you can draw hands!).
