No, I don't think this would be out of character at all!  Using sexuality would definitely be one of her tools in manipulating her 'customers'.  Besides, being banished, acting in counter-culture ways would be normal for her, so following society's rules wouldn't be her concern and she would act outside of those rules to get what she wants.
