Description
Three of the "races" within my setting. Each race has a different origin, culture, and set of capabilities from the others to set themselves apart.

Mollian
Hermaphroditic slug-like Humanoids who borrow their appearances predominantly from a variety of sea slugs known as the Nudibranch. Mollians are amphibious swamp and cave-dwelling humanoids who have the ability to eat almost anything with not consequences and even assimilate the characteristics of the things that they eat in some cases. They also possess the ability to breathe on land and in water, and can communicate telepathically with mollusks such as slugs, snails, squids, clams, and many more. They may train these mollusk companions of theirs to possess unique magical abilities of their own. Mollians are the most abundant population.

Human
They can be considered the common baseline race of the setting despite being the 2nd highest population. Humans in Zofia aren't significantly different than Humans in the real world except they possess the ability to wield Gia, and with much greater proficiency than most other humanoid races. There are many different human cultures with their own unique sets of abilities and practices. These range from humans who specialize in advanced applications of Gia known as Sorcery, to humans who worship their Queen as a Deity to grant them their own magical spirit companions, and even to humans who imbue enchanted crystals into their bodies to grant themselves magical abilities.

Chimera
Human-Animal Hybrids who are known to inhabit forests, jungles, caves, and plains. Chimeras possess two unique abilities: The first ability allows them to shift between Full Human, Hybrid, and Full Animal forms based on what circumstances they are dealing with. The second ability allows them to generate and manipulate a powerful magic force known as Malice, which is a culmination of the negative emotional energy of them and their ancestors. They can use Malice to cause severe harm and even place curses on others. The average Chimera is far more physically powerful than a Human, though their control with Gia is significantly worse. Chimeras exist as a result of a curse placed on a group of Humans centuries ago during a war, and now Humans view Chimeras as monster to fear and murder.
