It's a horse.I'm not overly keen on this shot, I wanted the horse to move back a bit...but it's a horse.

Oh wow... this is a very unique image! You should be very proud of your self! The horse is clear and a very good point of focus! The surrounding, the blurr of the leaves in the foreground, and the great colors in the background really make this a very great image!

You know what makes me really happy about these great photos? Aside from them being beautiful and full of color, it means you're out and about shooting. That makes me happy.

I started taking my camera out more with me when I go for a drive (I should do anyway) and wanted to take some pics of horses for a friend of mine. Luckily these horses are just up the road from me, so it wasn't much effort. It's nice to get out and about though

Agreed, I think the horse bit more in the distance would really make this capture better. Though as it is now, it's still pretty good. It drew me in from the masses of thumbnails. I like the foliage in the forground, but only for a minute, then you begin to wonder if maybe it'd be better without it. Great capture though, and the minimalistic frame accents well.

Yeah, I'm with you on that. I was a bit disappointed with the shot, but I was being assaulted by brambles (I was leaning through a small gap in the hedge lol) and couldn't really get a better angle. I know what you mean about the foliage, I like it there, but I think there should be a little less of it and a bit more space around the horse.
