Description a gift for my friend

i was supposed to draw Aiko,Shikamaru,Naruto,Sakura,Talho & Kakashi celebrating Naruto's bday for her but my sister accidently deleted it so i drew Aiko in her Shippuden clothes instead.

hope you like it! & tell me if you want me to change anything i don't mind
