Description For the ice cream contest over @

Worked on this off and on for awhile with mixed results. I'm still not really happy with the state of my coloring, but it's about time I posted something! Hope everyone's had a great summer. :3

Thank you! Hayner doesn't get enough fanart love... Probably because his hair is kind of tough (for me, anyway). I always have trouble drawing guys with short hair without bangs. XD It's a problem with Zell and Seifer, too...!
