This is LTF-tan! I created her as the gijinka/moe anthropomorphism mascot of the website "Abandonware-France" aka "Lost Treasures Fr" (thus, LTF), a website where you can get a lot of French-language old, no-longer commercialized PC games .If you visit the website, you'll recognize the visual theme... www.abandonware-france.org
LTF-tan is an 80s girl, has an actually floppy disk, has a leather jacket and legwarmers! And she loves the good old computer games! Not all retro gaming is on console!

And I appreciate "Retro PC awareness", also since I grew up with MS-DOS and not consoles (yes, I played on consoles here and there but never ever at home, there I "only" had a computer).

Website is in French, but some games are in English plus several have a "easy abandonware" mod so you can just click, install and play it as it is, without doing complex DOS typing commands to make it work or use an older computer simulator.
I had a similar gaming experience. I barely had any consoles apart from a Gameboy and a Super Famicom as a kid, and not many games at that, and most of my games in the 90s were on the computer. Lot of good times! My favorites being LucasArts adventure games.
