You know Kraken, now that I think about it, you're right. I completely forgot about the brain boss. This was Area 2. Thank you for the compliment by the way. I would have to say that I'm glad I chose the dark background, as it really popped the textures on this one.

Isn't this the Area 2 boss? The Area 1 boss was the big floating brain enemy that had orbiting spheres Jason needed to dodge to get close.

AAhhhhhh! XD Blaster Master! This has got to be the first time I have ever seen (fan) art of it! Wow, this is a real treat. I never.... Gawsh. Words be failing me.
I am overjoyed. This game was a part of my childhood. I remember watching my older brother play this. He was never able to make it past the 5th boss. Damn that freaking bubble crab-thing! Even taking it on myself 20+ years later, I can't beat it either!
Anyway, this brings me back. Makes me want to plug in the old Nintendo and give Blaster Master another whirl. Thank you for taking me down memory lane.
