No but seriously this is one heck of a good design, and as for base stats I say you're daring I'd never do that for any Fakemon since well... I don't know crap about that stuff. XD
What I care about for Pokemon is appearances, and how I can imagine them being in reality. And this one's definitely a keeper!! I can't believe we don't have a ram Pokemon yet... Or at least a goat even. I can see it being Dark and Fire or something. xD HELL GOAT!!!! DUDE.... You should do that as a counterpart Pokemon to this cute little guy!!! One for each version.
