Out of all the females there it looks as if Carly is the only safe one. Tootie reminds me of Sierra from TDWT only less stalkerish Veronica is already a can of nuts, Vicki looks as though she would kill him if she rejected him, the same could be said of Trixie seeing as If I remember correctly she doesn't take rejection too well. Molly I have no clue about to be honest but still her expression looks like she won't take rejection well if he choose someone else.

Okay, let's see how well my memory can serve me.
I'm pretty sure Carly only appeared once in that Flarg episode for a few seconds (I like to think that it was a holiday commemorating a week long battle that the Yugopotamians fought against another alien race that they didn't expect to win). If Carly is popular in the Fairly Oddparents fandom, it wouldn't surprise me. After all, Derpy Hooves and Kopa got popular in the fandoms of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and The Lion King respectively, and they had very brief appearances.
Vicky, I'm not sure you want to take your chances by falling in love with a boy you have physically and mentally abused for years. I suggest you move to England and seek out a boy named Alex DeLarge. He enjoys wrongdoing as much as you do. He's also smart, well-spoken, and he listens to Beethoven. You can show him that the profitable side of misdeeds can still be fun.
