Commissioned by (twitter.com/DanoobHasu )!A relatively simple commission with a simple OC. Rossa, that's her name, is a water-based human(?) and she looks nice. She can alter her size through water intake, nothing particularly new there, but fun nonetheless.
This was a free form commission, but I still had to think of something that fit her and I went with the idea that someone was swimming on her water 'skin'.
I'm sure the guy there isn't thinking of anything weird.

I'm surprised she stays solid despite being made of liquid. I mean, water would've been a puddle, not a gelatin.
