So, what I can see from the code, you ripped north green's visualizer and
the iron man opacity visualizer code, right?
I've never seen that used together before, looks great!

How to change that world "Windows 10" or delete it?
My version of windows, if this will be helpful is:
Windows 10 Pro 1803Β Compilation:17134.228

In Script, go toΒ [MeterOS] section. It's on the end of script.
Then if you want to remove that just delete the line :
MeasureName=MeasureOSVer
Or if you want to change it to something else then replace the above line by :Β
