it's NOT a windows media player skin, it's a Cd Art Display skin as stated clearly imo =/

actually as the title and comment say it's not a skin for WMP 11 but for a program related to it, that does not have a category. 
though i know there's alot of wrong category placement lately, hate it too, but there wasnt a better category for this
