In Eliza's story, she does kill off several other characters. Still, I'm intrigued.

Now they gotta destroy the Life Gem.

Or maybe the Skull Heart would turn the gem into some kind of immortal monster.

Can't really say that for sure, not your story.

But I can, when it's been proven time and again that the Skull Heart only works with women, twisting their wishes, and turning them into Skullgirls.

Yeah that's how it works on regular people, who's to say what happens when it interacts with other magical objects that also can't be explained by conventional thoughts.

Huh... I did imagine that she was absorbed by the Life Gem... or disintegrated... either way, I never thought about her hatching again...

My theory is more that she gained the ability to return her body structure to what it was when she swallowed the game. She can't heal, but she can stick back on or uncrunch herself, so to speak.

If she can't heal, then how can she reattach her body parts? How can she live?
My theory suggests that she can heal. Enough to stay together, though not completely. Her lifebar really represents her stamina.

Based on her fighting sprites, it looks more like she stitches herself together or something XD
I could believe the stamina part though.

How does she stitch herself back together if not by healing? Why would she bother stitching herself back together if she has moves that cause her to detatch her limbs?
Ok.

She walks on her ears and teleports onto her neck during battle...arguing this stuff when there's no confirmed explanation us kinda meh XD

During battles, that's how she reconnects lol. Plus she just pulls and reattaches herself without issues there.

But how does she reattach herself if she doesn't heal? And... you said she teleports. Does she?

Gameboysage In reply to Sigfriedofgaea [2014-10-01 13:39:01 +0000 UTC]
Naw, just a fighting game mechanic lol.
It's possible she can keep herself together based on willpower alone. When she loses her body falls apart so she might have to make a conscious effort to keep her limbs attached.

What... like, telekinesis? That's doubtful... I'd see that for Cerebella, but most definitely not Ms. Fortune. I saw several of her moves involved highly elastic muscles and sinews (which were attached to each other). But I see your point. If I were to adapt that point, I wouldn't say it was willpower, per se, but rather... voluntary muscle movement.
Teleportation is moving from point A to point B without traversing the space between. Ms. Fortune does not teleport.

In other words I was saying they simplified things for her fighting mechanics while fighting, I wasn't saying she actually had telekenetic powers XP

RAGH. Thank you SO SO SO much for making this! Cerebella's ending literally stabbed me through the chest, ripped out my heart, and stomped on it. THIS makes it end even better. Cerebella totally womped Ms. Fortune and didn't give a crap about it. Well, the ending actually somewhat foreshadowed her about feeling bad. That made me feel a tiny bit better. But this comic totally brings my spirits up. Kudos to you for making this!

My pleasure, I created this for the same reason of how much I hated Cerebella's story mode with an extreme passion.
Technically nothing is cannon in the Skullgirls world yet, so I just pretend this happens after Cerebella's story XD

Yeah Cerebella's ending kinda ticked me off, figures that my favorite character is the only one to visible die in a story mode; though as payback its implied that Cerebella is killed by Peacock in Peacock's ending. I'm well aware none of the endings are completely canon, and killing off a main character, especially in a fighting game is pretty uncommon, and even when it is done their's normally a replacement. Still my favorite is the only one shown being killed, and in such a gruesome way, so I'm glad you made this little series and it does make sense in a way.

Yeah, since nothing is canon, all you have to do is tack on this to the end of her ending and it can make people a lot more happy XD
I wanted to make sure I kept the entire thing in character though and portrayed everyone how they'd normally act, to give it that extra professional feel ^^ Even though the game itself portrays Nadia more as a bloodthirsty beast then the great character she is in her own story mode...
Read all 15 parts I take it?

I actually cursed at my screen in rage. Her ending is the thing that caused me to hate her. It took me a second time to notice that her face was guilty. And like most of you all I played ms. fortune's story first. It made me sorta happy sad and I felt that it was a great ending...I see cerabella's and I raged. Never really noticed peacock holding cerebella's hat though so now I really want to play that moement again. Yeah because of her ending she's become my practice dummy. I am very thankful that none of the endings are cannon at this point in time though so that is a relief to me.
