Hahaha the mares tails i have picked up from my papa, he calls em that. they have a scientific name, one i am unsure of it, but look like horses' tails and mean that a change is coming...

They look great no matter what they are called. The sky always looks better in photographs when there are some clouds.

Actually, I feel that the rocks give a stability to a scene which I feel like I'm falling into. There's enough sky in the water to give a great sense of distance.
Also, the city skyline in the distance makes me wonder if any of those people are even looking up at the fantastic sky. Kinda like a lonesome-but-satisfied-with-it feeling.

It would have been much nicer if you had a direct sky to water reflection without the rocks in the background, they are dark and destracting, but nevertheless, great shot!
