Description
The cool thing about the old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon is that it took 50s sci fi style and created a sort of surrealist take on the usual 30 minute kids action toy commercial. Note that Krang here bears a resemblance to Tor Johnson and wears glasses that look like the old 3D paper things you'd get from seeing a 3D William Castle film.Pencil sketch from work.

But what do all the words at the bottom of the page mean? Or were they just what was already on the paper you worked with?

Yeah, I drew this on the back of a used old form one of the forms from work- thus the words underneath. The other TMNT drawings in my gallery were drawn on the same forms, I just hadn't allowed the figures to bump into those words so I could crop em' outta the others.

Yeah, the writers on the old TMNT show were always paying tribute to the old sci-fi film of old!
