I made this chaos lord figure to my cousin . Lord Soiluan is my cousin´s avatar in Warhammer 40,000 world. Because original figure didn´t act well with Soiluan´s (the character) background, I made some conversions to it.I putted the evil minion to it´s own base, it looks way better like that.
The chaos lord´s head is originally an Eldar Dire Avenger´s head, but I sculpted the flowing hair into it and fitted it to the torso. There are also many minor conversions which I can´t even remember now.
This figure took many, many hours to complete, but I´m quite satisfied with it.
(The original figure parts are from Games Workshop, conversion and painting are by me.)

WOOT! Good stuff. I like the SoB helmet near the back. While I really, really don't think you did that for my benefit it adds such a personal feel to the model for me.

Well, that Sister´s helmet is actually from the new 40K basing kit, and it suited the Soiluan´s story well. But good if it touched you. ;D
