Hiya!
I like this, I was a big fan of sailor moon when I was a little girl. It was admittedly why I played Frisbee as a child and a teenager.
First of all, you can probably tell that the anatomy is off, the pose is nice though. The legs are too short as you can see the curve of the knee already which would mean that the fingertips almost reach the knees, and they should only reach about half way down the thigh. I would suggest looking at tutorials on anatomy and also hands. Although you have done well with these hands they are still a bit importunate and could do with some improvement.
You have very clean lines which is a good start to any artwork. You also have done reasonably well with the folds. The problem with following the style of an anime picture is that it doesn't have much detail in itself so you following that means you do not have much detail in your picture. Anime drawings are designed to be easily reproducible in order to make it easier for the artists and multiple artists to redraw the same character. When drawing from an Anime reference its always important to put more detail because as a still picture it will grab more attention and people will look at it for longer if there is more detail to it. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sā¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="
All in all you have done a good job and captured her character quite well. I especially like the detail in the shading and in the hair, nice job with following the overall design of the character.
